Your First Visit, Made Easy
There's a good chance your very first appointment will cover more ground than you might expect. We intentionally leave room in our daily schedule, which often means we can begin your treatment the same day as your consultation. If you decide you're ready to move ahead, we'll take care of the details, make sure you feel completely at ease, and get started right away — never rushing you to commit before you're ready.
Many appointments run about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, and with our modern technology we can usually handle everything in a single sitting. Patients who come to us in pain or dealing with an infection especially appreciate this, since it means relief arrives as quickly as possible. New patients can also take advantage of our New Patient Experience for $149, which includes a comprehensive exam, full digital X-rays, a personalized treatment plan, and a complimentary cleaning for qualified patients.

Your first appointment is a thoughtful, unhurried experience designed to help us truly understand you and your smile.
- Step 1
Welcome and Registration
Our team greets you warmly and helps you finish any remaining paperwork. We'll answer your first questions and make sure you feel relaxed before anything begins.
- Step 2
Assistant Workup
One of our clinical assistants starts with a short conversation and captures your diagnostic images, including digital X-rays and, when needed, a 3D CBCT scan. A few questions along the way help us understand what brought you in and how we can help.
- Step 3
Doctor Review and Introduction
Your dentist reviews everything with the assistant, then comes in to introduce themselves. We believe in getting to know you as a person first, then going over your history and listening closely to your concerns so you feel genuinely heard.
- Step 4
Examination and Diagnosis
We look through your images together, complete a hands-on exam, and then explain exactly what we found in clear, easy-to-follow terms.
- Step 5
Treatment Discussion
We go through your options side by side and decide what suits you best, answering every question and reviewing consent so nothing is left unclear. From there, we'll either reserve your treatment appointment or, if you'd like, begin that same day — and our team can walk you through payment and financing options, including CareCredit and Sunbit, to fit your budget.
